Case Study: Ritter Sport

Objective

Ritter Sport, celebrating their 100th year as one of the premier, family owned chocolate brands in Europe, wanted to establish a unique audio presence for their brand.

Solution

In close cooperation with the brand’s lead agency Kolle Rebbe, iV2 developed a comprehensive audio branding strategy for Ritter Sport.

Based on in-depth brand assessments and audio profiling, iV2 designed audio elements that were scrutinized through quantitative and qualitative testing. The test results helped the brand, the lead agency and iV2 objectify the process of selecting the best representation of the brand’s audio DNA. iV2 ultimately provided Ritter Sport with an entire toolkit of sounds for the implementation of the audio brand across multiple touch points, including audio logo, brand theme, brand voice, product sound, UX/UI sounds, advertising sound and soundscapes.
